Speaker Resource Page

Thank you for agreeing to be a speaker at the 2019 Donation Symposium. In preparation for the event, please review the information below and use the form on this page to submit your bio, headshot and presentation information. DNA looks forward to having you present in Phoenix on Aug. 16!

Audio/Visual

DNA will provide a computer, projector and appropriate microphones for the session and room type. Please send any other AV requests to Kristine Roberts by July 12.

Presentations

• Format: Microsoft PowerPoint, 16:9 format
• Submission Deadline: Friday, Aug. 2
• Submit to: Kristine Roberts, Donation Program Educator
  • If your presentation is too large, contact Kristine Roberts, and a Dropbox folder will be provided to you.

Polling

If you are interested in incorporating interactive polling questions into your presentation, please insert slides in your PowerPoint that have the question and multiple choice options where you would like the question to be held in your presentation. You must let Kristine Roberts know if you are planning to use polling by July 12.

Meeting App

DNA will load your presentation into the meeting app as a PDF. Your speaker bio and headshot, as well as your presentation title and summary, will also be included in the meeting app.
